2004
Graduated from Fujita Health University School of Medicine.
Completed junior residency at Toho University Omori Medical Center.

2006
Completed residency and joined the Department of Anesthesiology at Toho University Omori Medical Center, handling surgical anesthesia for nearly all clinical departments.

  • Engaged in research on percutaneous monitoring of pulmonary artery pressure associated with respiratory fluctuations.
  • Managed over 700 general anesthesia cases annually, accumulating a total experience of approximately 20,000 cases.
  • Gained extensive clinical experience at public and private hospitals, as well as private practice clinics across Japan.

2015
Joined the Hepatobiliary-Pancreatic Surgery team at Odawara Municipal Hospital as an anesthesiologist.
Significantly contributed to the hospital becoming the first municipal facility in Japan to be certified as a “High-Level Skill Training Facility A” (performing over 50 high-difficulty surgeries annually).

  • Experienced performing surgical procedures firsthand while seconded to the Plastic Surgery department.
  • Developed and practiced techniques for day-surgery, minimally invasive general anesthesia, leveraging expertise as an anesthesiologist.

2020
Worked at one of Japan’s leading spine specialty hospitals, where he met Dr. Takeshi Umebayashi and co-founded the “Tokyo Spine Clinic.”

2025
Established “Ueno Snoring Clinic” and assumed the role of Director.

  • Drawing from extensive general anesthesia experience, he realized the high frequency of snoring during intravenous anesthesia (without tracheal intubation) and transitioned to specialized snoring treatment.
  • Continues research and practice in minimally invasive snoring treatment based on his own professional and personal experiences.
  • Dedicated to advancing laser treatment for snoring and raising public awareness through accurate medical information.
