Treatment
Snoring Treatment
Snoring is often caused by a combination of various factors rather than a single cause.
At our clinic, we provide tailor-made treatments based on a specialist’s examination, uniquely suited to each patient.
Our doctors, counselors, and nurses listen carefully to your symptoms and propose the most appropriate treatment plan.
Insurance-covered Treatment
If diagnosed with Sleep Apnea Syndrome (SAS), health insurance will apply to your tests and treatment. This allows you to receive ongoing specialized medical care while keeping your financial burden low.
Our physicians will first determine if you are eligible for insurance-covered treatment during your initial consultation.
Home Sleep Test (Simple Screening)

Since the test can be performed in the comfort of your own home, it allows even busy individuals to assess their sleep quality without significant burden.
Polysomnography (PSG) Test / Precision Analysis
This test provides more detailed data than a simple screening by precisely analyzing brain waves, sleep depth, and muscle movement.
It is a crucial step in accurately identifying the severity and type of apnea to determine the most effective treatment plan for each patient.
CPAP Therapy (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure)

This treatment prevents apnea by delivering air through a mask worn over the nose during sleep to keep the airway open.
As the most widely used treatment for SAS worldwide, it is highly effective in reducing daytime sleepiness and lowering the risk of complications.
Internal Medical Treatment
We address the root causes of snoring from an internal medical perspective, such as managing lifestyle-related diseases and weight control.
When necessary, we provide prescriptions and lifestyle guidance to improve sleep quality and overall health through a multi-faceted approach.
Laser Snoring Treatment

Risks & Side Effects
Slight warmth during procedure.
Almost no pain.
Eating is possible immediately after.
Laser Technology: Dual Deep Thermia
The “Dual Deep Thermia” system used at our clinic utilizes two different laser wavelengths. This allows for the remodeling of mucous membranes and connective tissues from superficial to deep layers, offering higher efficacy with both short-term and long-term results compared to conventional single-wavelength lasers.
The biggest advantage is that you will only feel a “warm” sensation during the procedure and can return to your daily life immediately after.

By applying two types of lasers (Nd:YAG and Er:YAG) to the mucosal tissues of the soft palate, uvula, posterior pharyngeal wall, and tongue, we promote the contraction and restructuring of collagen fibers. This tightens the tissue and improves relaxation, widening the airway and suppressing snoring.
By enabling remodeling from the surface to the deep layers, it provides superior therapeutic effects with both immediate and sustained improvements compared to traditional treatments.

Furthermore, we precisely measure the condition of each patient’s throat and adjust the irradiation intensity individually, designing a custom treatment plan that maximizes results while minimizing side effects.

Ideal Candidates for Dual Deep Thermia
Dual Deep Thermia is highly effective for primary snoring or mild-to-moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) where the blockage is mainly located in the soft palate, uvula, or lateral pharyngeal walls.
Treatment is recommended for those with the following symptoms:
- Snoring every night and being told so by family.
- Snoring causing shallow sleep and persistent fatigue in the morning.
- Waking up due to your own snoring.
- Mild to Moderate Sleep Apnea Syndrome (SAS)
Sleep apnea severity is determined by the number of times breathing stops for 10 seconds or more per hour.
Mild: 5–15 times
Moderate: 15–30 times
Severe: 30+ times
Dual Deep Thermia is particularly effective for mild to moderate cases.
For severe cases, CPAP is the first choice. However, for those who find CPAP uncomfortable or simply do not want to use a mask, Dual Deep Thermia may be performed as a supplementary treatment.
Medical Weight Loss
We offer medical weight loss programs for those whose snoring is caused by obesity.
With medical assistance, significant results can often be achieved with less effort than traditional dieting.
GLP-1 + GIP Diet (Mounjaro)
For those with obesity-related snoring or apnea, combining this with Dual Deep Thermia can yield significant improvements.
It works on the brain’s satiety center to suppress appetite and slows gastric emptying to moderate post-meal blood sugar spikes.
This involves once-weekly self-injections, so frequent clinic visits are unnecessary. The automatic injection system is very easy to use.
GLP-1 Receptor Agonists (Rybelsus)
For those who prefer oral medication over injections, we offer Rybelsus® (active ingredient: semaglutide).
It has the same mechanism as injectable GLP-1 medications but must be taken daily.
Treatment for Teeth Grinding (Masseter Botox)
Teeth grinding (bruxism) is a “hidden symptom” that often coexists with snoring and sleep apnea.
Unconscious clenching at night causes the masseter muscle (the jaw muscle) to overdevelop and tighten, leading to morning jaw fatigue, temple pain, tooth wear, and worsening of TMJ disorders.
Medical Botox injections help relax these muscles and alleviate symptoms.
